Direct Plumbing Ltd. accepts online payments. To pay your bill online, log in to your online banking account (CIBC, TD Canada Trust, RBC, Bank of Montreal, President's Choice Financial). We will be using CIBC Online Banking as an example.

1. Select 'INTERAC e-Transfer' from the left-hand menu.


2. Proceed to your recipient list and add a new recipient.


3. Enter 'Direct Plumbing Ltd.' under name and 'billing@directplumbing.ca' as our email address.


4. Select 'Send Money' from the menu. In the message field, please enter your name and the job site if possible. Next, enter the balance amount.


5. When you reach the security question page, please enter the invoice number the bill is related to proceeded by the number 0 (e.g. Invoice 21950 would be entered as 021950).
